Create the account

Create your login and begin the guided property setup.

Set the property rules

Add rent tiers, recurring charges, due dates, grace periods, and late fees.

Connect Stripe

Connect the bank account that should receive property funds.

Give tenants the property code

Provide the code and tier information. Tenants handle their own activation.

Then

RentFray handles the monthly routine.

The dashboard shows collected totals, expected totals, late fees, balances, and color-coded payment status.

Management provides the property code and tier information. The tenant completes the rest from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Create a private PIN for future access.

Review and pay

See the full balance, platform fee, and total before paying.
